Law Enforcement Cooperation
We cooperate with valid law enforcement requests while protecting user privacy to the extent legally permitted. Our process:
Valid Legal Process Required
We require proper legal process (subpoena, court order, or warrant as appropriate) for all data requests.
User Notification
We notify users of requests for their data unless legally prohibited or in cases involving imminent harm.
Data Minimization
We provide only the data specifically required by the legal process, not broader access.
Emergency Exceptions
In cases of imminent danger to life, we may provide information to prevent harm while requesting formal process.
